Hogs:
Ascaris, Metastrongylus, Oesophagostomum, Hyostrongylus, strongyloides ransomi, whipworms, and kidney worms.
Chickens:
Heterakis, Ascaris, Cestodes, Trichonema, and gapeworm. |
| Dosage and Administration |

|
Standard dose in hogs:
1. Individual anthelmintic use: 5mg (1gm/10kg of body weight) at one time.
2. Mass anthelmintic use:
Control of Ascaris: 10ppm (200gm/ton) used continuously for 2 days.
Control of all parasites: 30ppm (600gm/ton) used continuously for 5 days.
3. Prevention of white spots of the liver: 4ppm (80gm/ton) use until slaughter.
Standard dose in chicken:
1. Control of Ascaris: 10ppm (200gm/ton) used continuously for 7 days.
2. Control of Heterakis: 30ppm (600gm/ton) used continuously for 7 days.
3. Control of Trichonema: 20ppm (400gm/ton) used continuously for 7 days. |
