Dosage and Administration
Initial dose: 2mg/Q4 (<50kg: 1mg/Q4 ), until the bleeding is controlled, it can be used for up to 2 days; the maintenance dose : 1mg Q4H, it can be used for 3-5 days, and not exceed 5 days.
