Indications
Swine & Adult cattle: Ceftiofur Hcl sterile suspension is indicated for treatment of swine bacterial respiratory disease associated with Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida and haemophilus parasuis. Also indicated for treatment of acute bovine interdigital necrobacillosis (foot rot, pododermatitis) associated with Fuso bacterium necrophorum and Bacteroides melaninogenicus. Along with indications for treatment of mastitis, and among other bacterial susceptible to ceftiofur.
Dosage and Administration
Swine: Administer intramuscularly at a dosage of 1-3 mL ceftiofur. Treatment should be repeated at 24 hour intervals for a total of three consecutive days. Cattle: Administer by intramuscular or subcutaneous administration at the dosage of 1-2 mL ceftiofur. Treatment should be repeated at 24 hour intervals for a total of three to five consecutive days. Withdraw period： Swine: 48 hours. Cattle: 48 hours. Milk: 0 days.
